About Excellent Services, DPL Consultants Since 1999
Excellent Services is a Karachi-based, one-window consultancy for DPL and petroleum licensing. Since 1999 we have helped petrol pump owners, chemical importers and manufacturers across Pakistan get licensed, build to specification and stay compliant.
A One-Window DPL Consultancy Since 1999
Excellent Services was founded by Tariq Hussain Malik and has served clients across Pakistan since 1999. We started with petrol pump and storage projects in Karachi and grew into a full DPL consultancy covering licensing, MSDS documentation, godown and petrol pump construction, and every NOC that goes with them.
Our clients include chemical importers, paint and coatings manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, industrial plants and petrol pump owners, from single drum godowns to bulk tank depots. Our case studies show the kind of problems we solve, from fast-track licences before a shipment lands to rebuilding godowns that failed inspection.
We are a registered business: a member of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI No. 59503) and a registered taxpayer with the FBR and the Sindh Revenue Board. Our office is at Suite #104, Al-Hayat Chamber, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

LPG storage and filling plants with OGRA licensing and NEPSA approval handled together.

Our One-Window Process
- Free consultation. We look at your site, your products and your plans, and tell you which licence and NOCs you need before you spend money.
- Documents and NOCs. We prepare the application, MSDS and site plans, and follow every NOC with the departments concerned.
- Construction to specification. Where needed, our engineers build the godown or petrol pump exactly to the approved plan, so it passes inspection the first time.
- Licence and renewals. We follow the file until the licence is granted, then track its renewal every year.
