How the DPL Process Works in Hyderabad
A DPL license in Hyderabad is issued under the same federal Petroleum Act 1934 as anywhere in Pakistan, and the supporting approvals come from Sindh. What makes this region different is that one business often spans two districts: an office or shop in Hyderabad and a godown or plant in Kotri or Nooriabad.
